curious and service beyond what is normal with other dealers I expected to pay for parts and labor to replace a piece of roof molding that was ripped off by a big chunk of ice from our last winter storm. The ser I expected to pay for parts and labor to replace a piece of roof molding that was ripped off by a big chunk of ice from our last winter storm. The service tech was able to use the piece that was ripped off the car and reattach it for me in just about one minute. When I asked him what I owed him, he said "nothing, this is a free curtousy repair." I was so impressed by his professional manner that I had him do an oil change since it was something that was going to be needed shortly and his service man could do it immediately. I will let everyone I know that are looking for a great dealer service department to take their car or truck to Scranton. More

Went for a recall my car came out scratched Wont go there again. Was never told about complimentary car wash my car came out worst than it was. my car went in for a ignition key recall and my ro Wont go there again. I washed and waxed my car before i went by hand. I know my own vehicle. And they took it said 30 min for recall took em 2hours. Tried to claim and manager told me no way my guy did those we have cameras. Ok never showed me video or he never checked video. Very mad. More
Quick Service, Knowledgeable, Kind and Patient Staff I brought in my Chevrolet Trax for a complimentary multipoint inspection. I was able to reach the service department easily to schedule my appointment. They found some minor issues which they were able to repair same day. The staff were courteous and quick and knowledgeable. Scranton Cadillac, Buick, and GMC of Vernon are the archetype of good reliable service. My only regret is that I am abysmal at remembering names so I can't give shout outs to those who helped. More

Communication Matters When I dropped off my truck, the advisor knew I was without a vehicle and expecting to hear back regarding what the status was and how long it would t When I dropped off my truck, the advisor knew I was without a vehicle and expecting to hear back regarding what the status was and how long it would take (at least I thought he did). It was clear he did NOT, which in my humble opinion means one of two things, he either didn’t listen or didn’t care. After dropping off the vehicle at 9:45am , I ended up having to call him to find out what the heck was going on. That was 4;30pm. I understand that it takes some time for all the points to be checked out before the advisor can call the customer and give them an update. I think not hearing one word all day ... is not excellent customer service. Especially when that exact sentiment is on the service department wall, LITERALLY. Frankly, I’m not sure my advisor actually likes his job. Almost all of his communication was negative sarcasm. I will request not him IF I bring my vehicle in for service. I’m considering driving to Waterford GMC where I purchased the truck to have future service... and that is an hour drive one way~ customer service matters my friends. I do not believe expecting a phone call from the advisor is an out of the ordinary expectation. More
