By 915 the air bag was replaced and at my request I was picked up at my work and drove my car back to work and was able to drive home at my normal time. Great Service but slow. I have taken my suburban since it was brand new to Scranton motors for service. I have always been very happy with the service at that dealership. The only complaint I have is that it takes forever to get work done. For example I had an 830 appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation I showed up at 8:15 and I didn’t leave the dealership till 10 AM. More

curious and service beyond what is normal with other dealers I expected to pay for parts and labor to replace a piece of roof molding that was ripped off by a big chunk of ice from our last winter storm. The ser I expected to pay for parts and labor to replace a piece of roof molding that was ripped off by a big chunk of ice from our last winter storm. The service tech was able to use the piece that was ripped off the car and reattach it for me in just about one minute. When I asked him what I owed him, he said "nothing, this is a free curtousy repair." I was so impressed by his professional manner that I had him do an oil change since it was something that was going to be needed shortly and his service man could do it immediately. I will let everyone I know that are looking for a great dealer service department to take their car or truck to Scranton. More
