Poor Customer Service. I did not have a good experience. I brought my truck in for recall service and to check the transmission. Service department had it all day and called I did not have a good experience. I brought my truck in for recall service and to check the transmission. Service department had it all day and called at the end of the day that it was ready for lock up. When I asked about the transmission issue they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. No Ine called earlier in the day to tell me this and talk to me about the specific problem. Instead I would have to schedule another time to bring it in and test drive with a technician. I asked that someone call me the next week and even asked that it be escalated to the manger but no one ever called to follow up. Very very poor customer service. More

Horrible service damaged my car I went there because my head lights stopped working. I waited over two hours even though I was there early. When the advisor Cody got back to me he sa I went there because my head lights stopped working. I waited over two hours even though I was there early. When the advisor Cody got back to me he said I needed two bulps and a connector. The service was done and I was on my way to work when my battery light came on after I drove off but I had to go to work. Once I got off work my car started to die and the alternator went. When I called back Cody said it wasn’t their fault even though they left the key in the ignition of the car the whole time I was waiting for them to finish up.when I called back to get a price for the part they charged me double for the part itself. I will never go back here and hope no one else goes through the same experience. More
