Overall a good experience. I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. He said the "remaining oil life" indicates amount of oil remaining in crank case I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. I have read several articles saying the onboarding computer also measures such things as is viscosity, and is a way to gauge oil life remaining no matter how long between oil changes. He might try this with a female customer but not with someone who has worked in dealerships. Check with Paul in parts, wrap go way back! Other than that it was a very good visit. More

I basically got screwed over I went to have car 2007 chevey cobalt repaired for steering getting stiff they diagnosed it said it was steer motor I got it replaced somewhere else s I went to have car 2007 chevey cobalt repaired for steering getting stiff they diagnosed it said it was steer motor I got it replaced somewhere else simple job 2 bolts 2 wires still didnt resolve problem I told them they misdiagnosed it they said they had to look further into it .they had car overnight I got it back end of the night saying they think it was comming from front end ???? So I gues it took them the whole day to check and they couldn't figure it out now they want more $$$$$ to spend more time guessing and they had the master technician look at it. I brang it to another garage they figured it out in 1/ 2 hr so now I will contact DMV More
Custom-built Savana van - long list of problems. After several attempts to correct doors that were not aligned properly when the vehicle was built, I emailed the service manager. There were also 17 other items that needed to be corrected. He never responded. In person, he lacked customer service skills that were appropriate for my level of dissatisfaction. Vehicle has been there at least four times for the same issue. They take so long working on the doors that they don't have time to do the other repairs. Vehicle was at the body shop for a week, only to find out they worked on the wrong door. First service advisor was great but he left the company. Had very bad luck with Amanda. Trevor was great, tried to help. More

Brakes/Service I knew my Pontiac G8 (2008) needed front brakes, and the check engine light was on. Scheduled a Saturday appointment, a week plus in advance, and dro I knew my Pontiac G8 (2008) needed front brakes, and the check engine light was on. Scheduled a Saturday appointment, a week plus in advance, and dropped it Friday evening. I asked specifically if they could get the brakes done on a Saturday, sure I was told, the problem may be the engine light. Perfectly fine, car was running OK, if it had to go back, I was good with that. So, check engine light, was diagnosed and part in stock! Brakes, can't tell what the issue was, but they couldn't get done till Monday. An inconvenience, and unexpected. I use Scranton all the time for everything, even though they are a half hour away. They have almost always treated me right, and have gone the extra steps to keep me happy, when I am not happy. More
