I had an emergency repair of my 2023 Wagoneer. I had it towed into the dealership with no appointment setup. They advised that they calendar was full, but as soon as a mechanic could look at it th I had it towed into the dealership with no appointment setup. They advised that they calendar was full, but as soon as a mechanic could look at it the would give me a call. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and advised of nature of repair.
