Fred is a KIND and polite professional! He went out of his way to help me when I came in to service my Jeep. He even went as far as buying me lunch while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I have had numerous issues after purchasing a certified jeep wrangler in May and have been in service a handful of times in less than 6 months. They will keep on xxxxxxx $$ from you. My problem started with an ABS light for which they claimed there were 3 sensors that went bad at same time, then the ABS computer and now the hub also went bad. Brought a car for scheduled service, the woman at the service reception was rude and obnoxious. Stike one.We were told that they could not honor the appointment. Strike two. He had the General Manager call me. Strike three. To add insult to injury, both the General Manager and the owner would not return my repeated calls. I bought two cars here in the past. Never again. I can't imagine how these people remain in business with such a poor attitude and outright insulting rudeness. More
