Even the owner visited the service department while I was there with my daughter and offered us the internet address for my daughter to use while we waited so she wouldnt use all of her Data. This dealership is horrible. Their employees have attitudes when you call with problems. They also sold us a truck with MULTIPLE issues (serviced 4 times in a month) and when we tried to turn the tr attitudes when you call with problems. They also sold us a truck with MULTIPLE issues (serviced 4 times in a month) and when we tried to turn the truck back in to them after only a month and half of owning it, they wanted another $5000 deposit and were nasty and impossible to deal with. Tried to call Ford Corporate as well and they were helpless as well. More

Going to Sea Breeze Ford dealer was very pleasant. I don't have a great deal of extra time working evening and having three children so my time is limited.
