Freehold Ford isn't your typical car dealer. They are very down to earth and do everything to make sure you're happy and the price is right also. I highly recommend these guys. There is a recall on my car. They called me to make an appointment giving me choices. I chose a Saturday which they offered me. Then a day before my appointment they called to tell me they do not do recalls on Saturdays. I chose another day. I left my for 2 hours. I received a call from the dealership stating they do not have the parts! Why would they call me to make an appointment when they don’t have the parts. They still don’t have a solution and now there is another recall. My time is very valuable and so is the persons time who picked me up. It seems one person is not communicating with the other person. As I stated again they do not have a solution or the parts yet for either recall. This is unacceptable and beyond disappointing for my brand new 2026 Mustang. They need to get their act together and so does Ford. My car was expensive and I expect more out of Ford and the dealership!

The Service staff are excellent. The work done on my car by the mechanic was good. If your car has to be kept there they will give you a ride home and pick you to get your car back. They also delivered my car back to my home.
