I worked with the sales staff and never felt an ounce of pressure or negativity in this experience and ive bought 3 vehicles previous from 3 seperate dealers so I understand the pressure of getting a customer into a car as i work for a local dealer in the area. For me to shop elsewhere speaks volumes for this particular business. they have to be doing something right. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend Seacoast Mazda in the future. My wife and I were looking for a new or pre-owned car for a few weeks. I remember meeting Dennis this past winter when I had been testing the waters - I had not been able to purchase at that time because I a few weeks. Long story short I went back a couple of weeks ago after looking at some other dealerships who absolutely had no customer service in them what-so-ever. My credit was hurting wasn't sure if I was just not able to buy. I had a car on its 'last legs' and drove in to see Dennis - Those Guys worked harder than I could have imagined andy dealership would have done to get me into a certified pre-owned with 8,000 miles and a pretty low monthly payment for my credit at this time. I honestly did not believe in dealerships and thought that they were all out to just make themselves $$$$ - They helped me and my wife and are extremely grateful!!! First and foremost both dealers were not overbearing as some can be. Questions were answered with knowledge and if more facts were needed they were sought out. Sales (Adam) and service were personal and accomodating in showing me vehicles that fit the criteria I specified and not anything and everything. Tim Ackerman, the owner, was a very decent and personable guy. He listened to what I wanted in a car, and worked within the time allotted for my work schedule. Deal making qualities. Someone always made sure I was being helped - The service manager came out at my first visit to see if he could help, because the sales team weren't on yet. They were helpful and accomodating in trasferring everything from my van to the new car. Buyer should determine vehicle retail price with options before negotiating. Vehicle price is not listed so know what to expect beforehand. Vehicles are certified so I didn't ask for Carfax, 1st owner bought from them and traded in with 17k for a Mazda3, so I'm comfortable assuming it's a solid (almost new) vehicle. More
