Excellent buying experience For many months I was looking for a specific model of a Mazda. I looked online, and contacted dealers, but I didn't find a vehicle that met my requir For many months I was looking for a specific model of a Mazda. I looked online, and contacted dealers, but I didn't find a vehicle that met my requirements. My contact with dealers in New Hampshire was mostly done by email and telephone, as most dealers are not near where I live. Ultimately I got in my car and drove to the dealer nearest to me. Prior to my visit I had not contacted Seacoast Mazda, and when I arrived on the lot, I was met immediately by Rob Hering, a salesman. I wanted to measure for myself the model Mazda I had been looking for and actually sit in one. Rob helped me make the measurement that was critical to me (I have a small garage), let me sit in one, and offered to let me drive one home to see if the vehicle would fit in my garage. We talked about the specifics of the vehicle I was trying to find, and he listened, made notes, and took down my contact information. Shortly thereafter he contacted me and let me know that he couldn't find what I was looking for either, but that he would hold onto his notes and keep me in mind. About three weeks later, Rob called me in the evening and told me that the vehicle I had been trying to find was coming off the transport truck as we spoke, and asked if I was still interested. I was just about to sit down and eat dinner, so we agreed to meet the next day at the dealership. The next day I showed up at Seacoast Mazda and, sure enough, Rob had the exact vehicle I had been looking for, in my second choice of color. He had kept accurate notes and remembered them when what I was searching for showed up at the dealership. We took the car for a ride and it was all that I expected it to be and more. When we got back to the dealership, Rob went to the sales manager and came back to me with a price that I thought was fair, and was actually a good price for the vehicle. So I bought the car. Throughout the process, I felt that Rob Hering listened to me and understood what I was asking for. While at Seacoast Mazda I also met the sales manager, the service manager, the finance director, and the shop foreman. To a person I was always treated pleasantly, courteously, and with respect; all the personnel I met were very helpful, as I had many questions that I wanted to have answered and issues to resolve. At Seacoast Mazda there was none of the indifference and condescension that I have experienced at other dealers, at other times, when I visited them as a potential buyer. The Seacoast Mazda experience was excellent. I will rave about it as I speak to friends and relatives about my new Mazda, and will remember Seacoast Mazda favorably as I enjoy my new car. I came to Seacoast Mazda after a recommendation from someone and met with Ryan. My experience with Seacoast Mazda and Ryan was way beyond what I expected. I went in with much doubt that I wouldn't be lucky enough to walk away with a new car considering I have bad credit.... that wasn't the case.... within an hour with Ryan's help I walked out with a beautiful certified pre-owned Mazda 3!! I'm in love with this car. I highly recommend this dealer and dealership to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience buying a new car!! More
