No need to worry anymore! When purchasing a new car there's always that concern you won't get the best deal that you can. My husband and I were in a very difficult spot. You When purchasing a new car there's always that concern you won't get the best deal that you can. My husband and I were in a very difficult spot. You see, we just filed for bankruptcy a little over a year ago and it seemed like we were never going to get a new car. I mean let's be honest, who wants to take on somebody who file bankruptcy? We had very specific guidelines that we needed to follow to be able to buy a new vehicle while in our chapter 13 that made it seem like we'd never find a one. When arriving to our appointment at SeaPort we were greeted by Brian. You can't get any better than Brian! Not only did he go above and beyond for us but he met all the guidelines our chapter 13 required. That was just ONE hurdle he had to get through. The other hurdle was finding a bank who is going to want to take us on as borrowers. He was able to find us bank within a matter of moments. Not only did Brian find us at bank but he was able to get the interest rate down from 25% to 15%! Do you realize how wonderful that is for a bankruptcy customer. We walked away with an almost brand new car with a full life warranty!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY A CAR! You know I looked up to see if I really truly got a good deal and we actually purchased the car under market value. That car should have been AT LEAST 15,900. Don’t buy here I purchased my car a little over 3 years ago and it was sold to me without a spot for a front plate. I questioned it at the time and was told oh it’s I purchased my car a little over 3 years ago and it was sold to me without a spot for a front plate. I questioned it at the time and was told oh it’s fine the car wasn’t made to have a front plate put on. Fast forward to now and I just received a citation for no front plate. Imagine my surprise when I was told it’s actually illegal to sell a car without having a front and back plate. I called Seaport and spoke to Cliff and explained exactly what happened and he said oh we transferred your plates that’s all we have to do. So I asked him was it my responsibility to have my car taken in and a spot made for a license plate to fit and was told yes. I just think that’s bad business. You should offer to fix it for me and apologize for treating people like crap. More
