The Service Department hasn’t gone downhill. We have purchased five vehicles in the past six years from Mercedes. My most recent visit to the service department was a huge disappointment. I made We have purchased five vehicles in the past six years from Mercedes. My most recent visit to the service department was a huge disappointment. I made my appt online and they didn’t read my notes to see I needed a vehicle for the day. When I arrived I was informed there were no vehicles available. My vehicle is two years old and still under warranty. I told the service advisor there was a vibration while driving. They did the alignment and there was still a vibration noted by the tech. They said I needed my tires rotated and balanced. I did that and there is still a vibration. I called the service department back to let them know there was still a vibration and I was told I need to pay another $150 to have them look at it. Really? My vehicle is still under warranty. I am extremely disappointed in their service department. I paid them to fix my vehicle and I left with the same problem and they aren’t willing to look at it without charging me again. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced through Sears Mercedes. More
