Straight up lied to My small business bought a ram 3500 in June. Price was good and we were told that we would get $1,000 cash bash for upfitting through ram business. I went in today ( 6 months later ) , and was told they don’t do this type of thing. I told the manager behind the desk that I don’t appreciate being lied to to and he responded with “ I wouldn’t either “. There are better dealerships out there. Bad experience I bought a truck here about a month ago, and have had unanswered problems every week since. My experience started, and should have ended, with the fin I bought a truck here about a month ago, and have had unanswered problems every week since. My experience started, and should have ended, with the finance department informing me that if I bought the vehicle outright with a cashiers check from my bank, the deal that I was promised the day before would be voided, and I would be unable to purchase the vehicle. I conceded to receive my loan through them, only to be pressured into buying a bogus warranty for an extra $3000. Upon returning home with the vehicle, I promptly canceled the warranty with the third part company (still no confirmation of the cancelation with the dealership, and the total is still on my principle loan amount with the dealership, so now I am paying for a warranty that I no longer have). A week after purchase, I noticed a loud knock coming from the undercarriage (frame) of the truck. I was informed by my local Toyota dealership that the vehicle had been in an accident, and the suspension needed $1000 worth of work to make the vehicle drivable. On top of all of this, it is now a month later, and I still have no word of receiving the vehicle's title that was supposed to be mailed to my local dmv. My temporary registration, that I paid for myself, expires tomorrow, and I have been calling for the past week, only to be passed off to over a dozen different people on their phone tree. As of now, I've had the pickup in the shop for three days, am paying on a warranty that I no longer have, and still am not the legal owner of the vehicle (no title). To top it all off, the dealership seems very evasive, and I am never able to reach anyone who knows anything when I call. The deal seemed shady from the get go, and I should have walked away. Hopefully this helps potential buyers. More

He had a low pressure approach that I had a very good experience with a salesman at DCJR of Seattle, Dave Tisdial, while buying a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. He had a low pressure approach that I greatly appreciated, and was friendly and professional throughout the buying process. He has also been responsive to my contacts since my purchase. While I've had an issue with the financing department returning my emails, Dave has always been helpful. I would definitely buy a car from him again. More

True to their word and absolutely no catch! I arrived here wondering what the 'catch' would be, well there wasn't one! True to their word and Aaron was simply amazing, I came away with a brand I arrived here wondering what the 'catch' would be, well there wasn't one! True to their word and Aaron was simply amazing, I came away with a brand new 2017 fully loaded 4 X 4 automatic Jeep Patriot in Cherry Red at thousands off and a great interest rate on my loan thanks to Jennifer I also purchased an amazing 82 months (7) seven year full maintenance service contract these guys are the ultimate professionals?! Highly recommend! More
