Do not use the service department. Since we bought our 2014 we have had three recalls on it. This service department is the one who has handled my claims. First time I was on the way ho Since we bought our 2014 we have had three recalls on it. This service department is the one who has handled my claims. First time I was on the way home and my truck died in the middle of Aurora. Thankfully I wasn't hit by any moving cars. It appears he forgot to finish something with the job. The next time I brought it in, it had to be evaluated whether it needed parts of not. (I made sure to tell the service department to not let the last person who touched my truck work on it again) They determined in fact my truck did need the repair but they didn't have the parts for it and that they would call me when they came in. It has been months now and I still have not received a call about my parts and I received a different recall notice in the mail yesterday so I call this morning to see how my parts are coming and to inquire about the newest recall. First I'd say something is terribly wrong with their phone system. It took over 4 minutes and speaking to one person and pushing #2 to get to the service department. When I finally reached Melissa in the service department I couldn't understand what she said. So I started telling her of my situation. When she interrupted me and told me she had someone on the other line and asked me if I could hold in a rude tone, like she is stressed out. I told her I would hold. She comes back and ask me the recall info, I told ok, "let me look for it" and she replies back, well can you hold them because I have customers here I need to take care of. So what I heard was. You are not standing here so you are not important. More

The whole experience from finding the right vehicle to signing all the paperwork was top notch and couldn't have went any smoother. The GM Leith, all the Sales Managers (Trevor, Greg and Melvin) and the Finance Managers always treat me like family. This is my 5th car purchase at AutoNation CJDR and would't think of going anywhere else. Rob was my sales guy and did a phenomenal job, his product knowledge combined with his consideration to my needs got me into the perfect vehicle. I love this place More
The Worst Jeep Service Experience of My Life After my experience today with a simple oil change, I am wondering if Chrysler/Jeep is planning on going out of business in the near future? Or if my After my experience today with a simple oil change, I am wondering if Chrysler/Jeep is planning on going out of business in the near future? Or if my experience is the new normal, Chrysler/Jeep WILL be going out of business due to lack of patronage. If I can't find a reliable Jeep dealer in the Seattle area, I will never buy another Jeep although I have loved my three Jeeps. My experience today is hard to believe because it even seems surreal to me, but after I waited two hours for the routine oil change that had been promised as being done in an hour, I checked with the manager to see if they had uncovered a problem that needed attention and was taking extra time. None of the workers in the service department seemed to know the status of my Jeep or even its current location!!! They had literally LOST my Jeep! They couldn't even find the usual paper work or routine computer record for repairs! I was extremely upset, to say the least; and while most service department employees totally ignored me while a couple of employees dithered about with no apparent plan of action, I walked their huge parking lot and finally found my Jeep, parked in the parking lot and unlocked with the key in the ignition and with the interior dome light left on for an indeterminate period of time! I was literally in a state of shock! I couldn't believe that this business from which I had bought my new Jeep and paid cash for it a year ago could be so remiss! I returned to the shop to report that I had found my lost Jeep and would be taking it to another shop since no one seemed to know if the oil change had actually been done! The paper work was found, but the usual check sheet on items routinely inspected along with an oil change had to be belatedly completed after the fact by the mechanic who had supposedly worked on my car. The shop foreman was very apologetic and conciliatory, and one other employee offered her condolences. But I now have no trust in that shop and will never visit that establishment again. Because I thought the sales department should know about this incompetency in the service department which will definitely affect new car sales, I went to the sales department to report my experience. The employee with whom I spoke was extremely hostile and informed me that I must speak more softly. I informed him that there is no law, regulating the volume or timbre of one's voice; and he responded by shouting at me. When I tried to return to the service department, he stood in front of the exit door, apparently attempting to block my departure and screaming at me. At one point I thought he was going to hit me. Wow! Talk about smooth sales technique! When he allowed me to return to the service department, I simply drove my car out of the parking lot and will never return. They did not charge me for the oil change, probably because they really didn't know if it had actually been accomplished! I plan to take the car to an independent mechanic for an oil change and an inspection. If I can find a competent Jeep dealership, I might consider buying another new Jeep; but at this point I think it might be best to investigate other dealers' products and service. If Chrysler/Jeep is planning to stay in business, monitoring of dealership efficiency and customer service needs serious attention if the new normal is the inexcusable treatment my Jeep and I received today! He was extremely pushy and overbearing to the point of me wanting to just get the xxxx out of there. I had 5000 dollars cash in my possession to put down on a car, But after dealing with him, I had a headache and decided to take my business elsewhere. I understand the need to make a sale, but not to the point of making the customer feel uncomfortable. He totally ignored what I said I wanted and had his mind set on what HE wanted to sell me. He appeared to be attentive through emails, but once I drove all the way down there to do business in person, I was highly disappointed with his attitude and pushiness. I pretty much berated every suggestion of a vehicle that I wanted to look at because it wasn't what HE was wanting to sell me. I left with a migraine and will never ever go back to that place again. I'm still in the market, but would rather take my business elsewhere all because of that terrible experience More

Each time I have walked away completely satisfied and impressed with the people working there. They have been friendly and very respectful of my time. I was told in advance the amount of time each service would require and every time they got there job done faster than what I expected. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable......everything you want a service dept. to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
Great job by all. We did not get the first vehicle we looked at (what we thought wanted) because it was not what we really needed. The sales rep questioned us and discussed our experiences, needs, and w looked at (what we thought wanted) because it was not what we really needed. The sales rep questioned us and discussed our experiences, needs, and wants; we tried another model. It was a much better fit for our needs... AND it was at a lower price than the first. Although he really wanted to make a sale, he did listen and helped us make a much better decision for our lives. The financial rep also helped us make good selections on added warranty options, not just more salesmanship, but really set it up for the life of the car. Our last Dodge we still have, a 2000 Intrepid, which by the way helped save my wife's life in a wreck with a Mack truck. Thank you, Town & Country Chrysler. Sincerely, Dave More

I have been taking in my Jeep Liberty in for Servicing at Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spote Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spoted me and came out and asked if he could help me. He did...into a beautiful used Subaru. Jaye was great he took his time with me and was especially considerate over the details of purchasing my Jeep as part of the deal. Jaye also made sure that the car was detailed and had the best tires installed as I plan to move north to more snow. I feel like Jaye protected me as a single women making sure that I both understood the financing and that my new car would keep me safe and protected. I also purchased a service contract with the car as I trust Town and Country to keep this car running as smoothly as they have my Jeep. When I move I can just transfer the contract to a dealership. All in all I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the service of Town and Country More
