It was almost 3pm Friday 1/12/2013 and I'd been putting off fixing my rear right blinker. I called T&C while driving in Lynnwood n asked if I could swing by to get it taken care of without an appt. So I pull up, Brent greets me, asks me to wait in waiting area, and before I could finish a phone call, he came n got me saying it was done! No charge either. Andrew is the one that did the actual work, and he even drove my car out for me. My kids go to school in Edmonds, and get out at 3:50. I pulled into school parking lot at 3:35! I appreciate how they fit this on ir me, cuz they were pretty busy. More

Jaye Helped myself and my wife get into a brand new 2013 Black Challenger! To be honest this is more than I thought would be possible with my less than perfect credit. I actually have bought from Doug's the Black Challenger! To be honest this is more than I thought would be possible with my less than perfect credit. I actually have bought from Doug's the last three vehicles I have financed.. Each time I have had less than perfect experiences as well, I guess I figured all car lots were like that. A few days before coming to your lot I was looking at used Challenger's at Harris Ford because they were close to my place. To make a long story short I had the most horrible experience I have ever had at a car lot in my life there! I continued my search and came across Town and Country and was viewing your used inventory. Jaye put me into a used Challenger at first and got the great idea later because of interest and down payment to try to put me in a new one with lower payments and interest to help me out. Jaye is the most polite,kind, professional sales man I have ever met..(I have met a few in my life!) He was five stars all the way and very good at explaining things to me along the way as well as displaying great manners all the time.. Getting a full tank of gas when you drive a car off the lot is a new experience for me!! Also a car that was actually detailed before I took it off the lot was superb.. That's the kind of service these other car lots are lacking in my opinion.. As well as having quality people like Jaye working for you is also what they are lacking. In the future I plan on purchasing other vehicles from your lot.. A lot of this experience is because of Jaye and I hope that he is recognized for his hard work, dedication, professionalism, and being a very nice man to everyone. I searched the internet for almost 6 months looking for a SUV or AWD to replace my Honda Accord that does awful in the snow. I put in the internet request and within 30 minutes I had an Email and a phone call from Rob asking about my interest in the Jeep. Long story short I finally made it to my appointment and Rob was very helpful. I know car salesmen have to be personable but Rob is a great man too. Of course he wants to make a sale, but he never pushed or made me uncomfortable. I even called a friend in the car business and he said I was getting a great deal! Rob could sell ice to an Eskimo! We had a great experience working with Rob Christman when we went to buy our car. We had been looking for 5 months for the right car... low miles, right color, price, condition, etc. When we finally decide we went to buy our car. I first spoke with him before the holidays and really liked his attitude on the phone about the customers needs come first. My husband and I both felt that Rob is someone we would like to be friends with in the future, not just as our sales guy, as we spent a few hours and really got to know him. We have been shopping for a car since August (4 months) and could not find a dealer w/ sales reps knowledgeable and interested enough to address our questions and concerns until today. Earlier in the fall we bought a 2nd hand car rather than deal w/ the sales reps who could not address our concerns and that worked out very poorly for us. And yet, when we started looking again at new and used cars, we still couldn't find a sales rep who could make us comfortable with the idea of taking on many years' worth of payments. Rob answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the car we were discussing from front to back, both options we wanted and those we didn't, and we bought a new car from him. More
