I was denied credit 2 nights ago on Thursday, that I can understand as I have bad credit, and a car with more owed than it is worth. What I was really angry with is that I was called today, and told by Kipp understand as I have bad credit, and a car with more owed than it is worth. What I was really angry with is that I was called today, and told by Kipp that they had a guy looking for a used 300, and that it would be worth my while to come in today even though they denied us 2 days ago. They were informed of what we could afford, and the amount we had to put down. Not only did they not make it worth my while, they wanted me to pay 2k more than the max I was willing to go, with a payment increase of more than 100 a mo. They further added insult to injury stating that this was my issue, they continued to insult me by quoting the Blue Book of my car as the Poor rating when the only thing my car needs is new set of tires, and a car wash. I was treated as though I was an idiot, and I think they were right because I trusted that what they said was true to begin with. Having wasted "GAS" to go down, and let them run the numbers again on their request was my fault. I bought into the BS about how it would be worth my while when in truth what they really meant is that if they could sucker me out of more of my cash then it would seem more like it was worth it to me, and would be worth it to them to get a big payday. In conclusion: Even when I have good credit in which case I am now on my way up. I will never ever ever buy a car from them I will refuse to work with them under any circumstances. I have never been treated this poorly by any dealer, even those snake under the table places have never insulted my intelligence to the point of trying to swindle me out of the value of my car, in order to get the cash I had on hand. Brent Stafford and Chris Wilkinson were both very Friendly and knowledgeable, I was not sure what type of vehicle I was in the market for and they helped me find the right fit for my daily needs. Great, friendly customer service. Rob never pushed and was always ready with what ever I needed. my jeep was in for service and when I looked up the dealer info to call them back I saw the online used car service and checked out what they had to offer as an upgrade,I ran across a 2005 pt cruiser t dealer info to call them back I saw the online used car service and checked out what they had to offer as an upgrade,I ran across a 2005 pt cruiser that was reasonably priced and wanted to check it out and requested an estimate and they responded within minutes,Rob told me they'd just lowered the price and was getting alot of responses on it so I told him I would like a test drive. JohN Martin is the man when it comes to knowing a Jeep. His knowledge was impressive. We have been above the Arctic Circle 5 times now in our 2004 Jeep and we were looking to replace that vehicle on these adventerous trips. John didnt dissapoint he was ready with a vehicle in mind that would fit that need. A trail rated Jeep Laredo. We traded in our Toyota 4 Runner and felt we recieved a good trade in price with the research we had done. I also want to point out that Tom took good care of us until John came in (we were early) and started showing us around and explaning some of the changes that we were going to see between the 2004 Jeep, 2008 4runner and the possible new 2013 Jeep we might be buying. I was tuff on Tom and he was very professional. Charles in financing did a wonderful job making sure that whole process went smoothly. I also want to acknowledge that both my wife and I are veterans and we bought the new Jeep the day before veterans day and they gave us 500.00 off the price of the vehicle. Nice to see a dealership support our military and former military! More
