I searched the internet for almost 6 months looking for a SUV or AWD to replace my Honda Accord that does awful in the snow. I would browse the internet for newer used SUV's and found a 2011 Jeep Cherokee j SUV or AWD to replace my Honda Accord that does awful in the snow. I put in the internet request and within 30 minutes I had an Email and a phone call from Rob asking about my interest in the Jeep. Long story short I finally made it to my appointment and Rob was very helpful. I know car salesmen have to be personable but Rob is a great man too. Of course he wants to make a sale, but he never pushed or made me uncomfortable. I even called a friend in the car business and he said I was getting a great deal! Rob could sell ice to an Eskimo! The whole office was full of friendly staff.....Great experience. More

We had a great experience working with Rob Christman when we went to buy our car. We had been looking for 5 months for the right car... low miles, right color, price, condition, etc. When we finally decide we went to buy our car. I first spoke with him before the holidays and really liked his attitude on the phone about the customers needs come first. My husband and I both felt that Rob is someone we would like to be friends with in the future, not just as our sales guy, as we spent a few hours and really got to know him. We have been shopping for a car since August (4 months) and could not find a dealer w/ sales reps knowledgeable and interested enough to address our questions and concerns until today. Earlier in the fall we bought a 2nd hand car rather than deal w/ the sales reps who could not address our concerns and that worked out very poorly for us. And yet, when we started looking again at new and used cars, we still couldn't find a sales rep who could make us comfortable with the idea of taking on many years' worth of payments. Rob answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the car we were discussing from front to back, both options we wanted and those we didn't, and we bought a new car from him. More

We found an ad for a used Ram 1500 on Craigslist and decided to go look at it. On the way north from Auburn to Seattle we called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available. We were told we would receive a call back to verify if it was still on the lot. Unfortunately we never did get the call back from Bob whom we spoke to on the phone. We decided to continue with the trip anyway thinking we could always just test drive another one if the used car was already sold, which it was. After arriving we were greeted at the door by Tommy Evans who was really great to work with. We test drove a few vehicles and decided on the 2012 Ram 1500 Sport. I felt comfortable dealing with Tommy during the purchase process and was happy with the result. More

I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and stopped by the dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look and educated me on how to activate it. (manual was incorrect on how to activate it). We made the changes I wanted made and was good to go. We had friends in my car that are looking for a new vehicle so I introduced them to Tommy. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever had, They went out of their way to find me my dream car. I was willing to wait and have one ordered for me.
