I had never bought a new car before. Naturally, I was wary of being manipulated by enterprising salesmen. They price vehicles based on matching the average price across the region in the last 30 days, which I found interesting and helpful. The sales team, including Rob, was very attentive to my questions. I did go to another dealership to test drive a MINI S, but I found myself coming back to Town and Country. I also found that their linked-in status with BECU made setting up the loan I had pre-approved very easy, even after the bank itself was closed. More

I bought a certified pre-owned 2010 Jeep Patriot through Rob Christman. I live in Juneau, Alaska and the sales transaction was conducted over the phone and by email. Previously I purchased two used trucks from dealers in the Seattle area but in both instances, I traveled to Seattle to make the purchase. I felt comfortable making the Jeep Patriot purchase by phone and email given the stellar reputation of Town and Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the fact that the vehicle I was purchasing was certified. I wasn't disappointed! Rob was great to work with and responsive. He was helpful in getting the vehicle ready for shipment to Alaska and transferring it to the barge line. We received the vehicle last week and it was as advertised; we love it! The only reason I gave lower overall rating was that the dealership was slow in processing the paperwork (about 3 work days) that had to be Fed Ex'd to Alaska for me to sign. From past experience, this should have take a couple of hours had I been present. I also requested that the title be sent expeditiously but got no response on this request. That said, I would still rate the my overall experience as good. I would recommend this dealership and Rob in particular. I will definitely share my positive experience with my Juneau friends! More
