It seemed like I got a lot of help buying the car fast but pretty much got ignored once I bought. There was confusion with the permacoat. I was told over the phone to come by any time. I was on a tight schedule that morning. Ended up dropping my child off at school and canceling work meetings to come back after they sorted things are. I’m struggling with my cars UConnect. I emailed 2x. Still have not gotten a response. The after care speaks a lot about a person and dealership. I’m not impressed with Seattle Jeep on that front. More

I waited, and at 4:30 I called back to make sure he was coming. at 5:00 I called again. at 5:30 I again called, each time I was told the ride was coming, and the driver was also driving others. at about 6:00 I got a call from the driver that he was outside my house. He wasn't, but I had believed him and hung up. after a few minutes he called again and asked about my address: he said he got 1078 n park n, but it was really 10708. ten minutes later he arrived, and it was the same car and driver that had taken me to the same house that morning. so for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours I waited, getting more frustrated each 5 minutes. I'm just a couple blocks from the bus and could have gotten to my car in 15 minutes, instead of being trapped waiting for a ride that could show up any time. it's been years since I've been so frustrated. I would have given you an 'acceptable' rating but for that aggravating wait. More
