Everything was good except for the time it took to get the vehicle back. Was told an hour and a half and took 3 and a half hours. I had to call to check on the vehicle status and was told it was ready. Th the vehicle back. Was told an hour and a half and took 3 and a half hours. I had to call to check on the vehicle status and was told it was ready. There is no telling how long the vehicle was ready to be picked up because I never received a call. Communication needs to improve. My time is extremely valuable and it seems that's not important to the service department. More

Great service and follow up. Waited at shop an extra 45 minutes for shuttle. Driver seemed to not have knowledge of scheduled trip during initial reservation for appointment. 70 Waited at shop an extra 45 minutes for shuttle.
