The dealership recommended (correctly) that I get new tires and brakes and provided me with a quote. However, I was able to find comparable tires and brake service for about $200 less from a reliable local auto service, so I'm not opting to use the dealer for my other service needs. More

From the receptionsit to the service department...quality customer service and integrity all the way around. The issue with my 2006 Jeep Commander was properly diagnoised. Jim was wonderful. He listened to my concerns via phone call and again in person....very compentent. I appreciate the fact that he wasn’t trying to just earn a buck by suggesting unnecessary repairs and/or by not upping the hours of a flat rate vehicle diagnosis.
