But, in spite of my need to have several things done beyond just a checkup, this time it was a painless and comfortable. I chose the option of waiting there. I figured it would be at least half a day and brought some work with me, settling into a little cubby where I was comfortable and could access internet. Brian checked in with me quickly with a report of what was needed and priorities. He kept me in the loop as the servicing progressed. AND the work was finished even earlier than predicted at the price quoted, which was less than I was figuring on and addressed all my concerns. Thank you for the great service. My car was ready to go in about 2 hours and I was happily on my way. More
