One hour charge to check on the issue, which is what I said the problem should be, another hour charge to install the wire setup. Total labor (inspection and install) was $300+ to install a $25 part. Stay A Way I would give this dealership a big fat 0 if I could. The experience at this dealership was overall TERRIBLE. I bought my vehicle in July and had to ov I would give this dealership a big fat 0 if I could. The experience at this dealership was overall TERRIBLE. I bought my vehicle in July and had to over night all the paperwork to them and had to go in 3 months later to pick up the paperwork that Travis my sales rep was supposed to send to me 3 different times. I had to go in to get my key because Travis ALSO mistakenly gave me the wrong one and figured I would get an oil change while I was there. Biggest mistake I have ever made was trusting them any further after their lack of customer service the first time around. I asked for a loaner car and they told me no to just sit and wait. When it was gonna be over an hour so we had to Uber to get food. Then, Travis promises keys but lies and said he didn't to the service advisor who tells me he can't do anything without the sales guy permission.So, I have to get involved as a customer and fix the mistake. Finally, I think everything is cleared up but no they only give me a key fob and not the actual key that is connected. Which the second key that Travis mistakenly gave me had a key attached and as well as the original key that I have. When I asked Andy the service advisory he said "yeah I think that's normal". I am honestly frustrated with the whole experience and your guys customer service. I live in graham and it was over an hour to travel to you guys to get something you promised done and you can't accommodate a loaner car, or complete a key for me correctly. I have a lot of people interested in my Jeep but I will NOT refer them to you guys who do not know how to take care of customers. More

Quick, on time and great work stations to use while waiting! I went in for the 15,000 miles service. There was no wait when I showed up on time. They started the work right away and were done faster than expec I went in for the 15,000 miles service. There was no wait when I showed up on time. They started the work right away and were done faster than expected. The waiting room has TV comfortable chairs and two workstations with internet and power set up for customers. A very good experience. More

He could answer all our questions and then offered even more information! He made our experience great and was part of the reason for my choice of car being Hyundai. On the other hand, we had test driven a Jeep just across the lot and were unhappy with the service. He couldn’t answer any questions, and had no interest in doing so. Such a big difference, though I know you’re associated... there was no comparison. Thanks John! More
