I was told in advance the amount of time each service would require and every time they got there job done faster than what I expected. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable......everything you want a service dept. to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
I have been taking in my Jeep Liberty in for Servicing at Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spote Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spoted me and came out and asked if he could help me. He did...into a beautiful used Subaru. Jaye was great he took his time with me and was especially considerate over the details of purchasing my Jeep as part of the deal. Jaye also made sure that the car was detailed and had the best tires installed as I plan to move north to more snow. I feel like Jaye protected me as a single women making sure that I both understood the financing and that my new car would keep me safe and protected. I also purchased a service contract with the car as I trust Town and Country to keep this car running as smoothly as they have my Jeep. When I move I can just transfer the contract to a dealership. All in all I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the service of Town and Country More
Worked with Brent on my jeep grand cherokee, it had some grinding noise in the rear. After looking into it they found out I needed a gear oil modifier for my differentials and with only 20 minutes left in t grinding noise in the rear. They went above and beyond and didn't charge me as much as originally quoted. More
It was almost 3pm Friday 1/12/2013 and I'd been putting off fixing my rear right blinker. I called T&C while driving in Lynnwood n asked if I could swing by to get it taken care of without an appt. Brent said yes but didn't guarantee how quick or if it could be done. But I was confident it could cuz these guys are so awesome. Wonderful past service. So I pull up, Brent greets me, asks me to wait in waiting area, and before I could finish a phone call, he came n got me saying it was done! No charge either. Andrew is the one that did the actual work, and he even drove my car out for me. My kids go to school in Edmonds, and get out at 3:50. I pulled into school parking lot at 3:35! I appreciate how they fit this on ir me, cuz they were pretty busy. More
I was late to my scheduled service despite Brent's efforts to get me in at the last minute. I was very embarrased at being late. He was very gracious and was able to help me. I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and stopped by the dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look and educated me on how to activate it. (manual was incorrect on how to activate it). We made the changes I wanted made and was good to go. We had friends in my car that are looking for a new vehicle so I introduced them to Tommy. I suspect that they will be closing on a deal soon themselves. Great service from Tommy again. Marlene More

First I purchased my vehicle new from here a couple of years ago, that was a friendly and ok experience. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. The problem is if you want service. This dealership is incredibly hard to get a hold of a service rep to actually get a time to bring the car in. I have been calling several times today and left several messages. I was able to slow the receptionist down enough to talk her into taking an old fashioned message to hand deliver it to the service manager to call me back. We will see if that actually works. This will be the second time that I have had to call the manager to get a call back to get my car in for service. They advertise 5 star service...I am not sure what that is suppose to mean but I dont think this is the kind of service they want. More
What an incredible experience. I was listened to, heard and respected. I was not just another car thru the door. They found the problems that the dealership where I purchased the Grand Cherokee Ltd could and respected. I was not just another car thru the door. They found the problems that the dealership where I purchased the Grand Cherokee Ltd couldn't find (I think primarily because they didn't listen and didn't take my concerns to heart.
