This was my third time gettin I just had an amazing experience working with Christopher Mills at the Jeep Store at Seaview Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This was my third time getting a Jeep. My first two times were with two different dealers, and while I got great prices on both of them, the experience was beyond frustrating. At both those dealerships, I constantly felt like I was being played and having the wool pulled over my eyes. There was all the unnecessary back and forth where they talked out of both sides of their mouth and failed to perform basic math on how to calculate the taxes on the car. However, the experience with Chris was so much different. He was honest from the start. He listened to my needs and gave me the prices with the proper amount for tax and title payments. He was responsive and engaging, and the entire time I felt like I was dealing with a friend who was helping me buy a car rather than a salesman trying to trick me into buying one or paying more than I wanted to. If you want to buy or lease a car with ease and transparency, I would highly recommend working with Chris Mills at The Jeep Store. The experience was A+++ and I could not be happier. More

This last time the customer service representative was making inappropriate jokes, including other customers, saying back to back at SeaView Service. Richie was kind enough to speak to his manager and they got me additional discounts which was very nice. At my prior visit, the workers did not vaccum my jeep even though I requested it, they put the wrong mileage on the sticker and on my receipt, and it took a long time, even with an appointment. More
