The majority of staff members, whom I have interacted with at Alan Jay, have been cordial and professional. This dealer netork enjoys multiple product lines and suffers in cross selling. A very diligent sales person recntly helped me in the purchase of a used car, after showing me new GMC products. He was not permitted to offer the same terms as a sales person from a competing new dealership because the used car in question did not originate from his inventory. He performed with the customer in mind and was penalized. In addition, the internet sales team continued to attempt to assist me with a purchase for 60 days after I had acquired a vehicle, so communications between the "bricks and the clicks" requires some attention.
