Our time was excellent, but then we had to wait 3-4 hrs to sign the paperwork because there were 3 to 4 clients ahead of us and there was only one agent doing the paperwork. As a result, we missed two sche to sign the paperwork because there were 3 to 4 clients ahead of us and there was only one agent doing the paperwork.
