Don’t like being haunted about trading in my two/2 year old car. If I wanted to trade in a vehicle I would on my terms not the dealership. Yes there is with computer chips…not owners fault. In order to succeed, a dealership must have a quality product. Toyota has proven to be that, but a Toyota in only metal, glass, plastics, etc. The dealership must have good personnel. Jordan Dancer is an outstanding individual and an outstanding sales person. He went over and above assisting us with this purchase. My wife recuperating from a hospital stay. Jordan came to our home to complete the sale relieving my wife of spending undo time sitting in the dealership. Jordan went beyond the convenient sales by helping with the technical setup of this new vehicle. We enjoy our new Toyota, but Jordan made the deal happen. More
