I had my fan worked on a few months ago and ever since the wind blows on the microphone. They wouldn’t fix it because it’s not covered by “warranty” but they are the ones that messes it up. Easily access off US 27, staff was efficient. I had the vehicle in for a recall from Toyota which I felt the wait time was far to long (Parts) Because of the delays I felt my ability to be mobile for out vehicle in for a recall from Toyota which I felt the wait time was far to long (Parts) Because of the delays I felt my ability to be mobile for out of state trips was not acceptable and due to fuel cost and the nature of the recall (defective fuel pump) the cost of operation (MPG ) was not in my opinion handled correctly. Recall was received 2/22 2020 and both gas mileage and safety of travel was impaired. The parts are a common thing and it should not take nearly the amount of time to repair as it did. When I would call I was given the same answer over and over" we will call as soon as the parts are available" . I feel sure this will come into play if and when I replace the vehicle. To be honest I don't hold the service department at fault, "Management" should have a better policy as to handling matters of this nature. Management and Toyota motors have created direst and added operation cost . More
