I WAS NOT GIVEN A SPARE CAR KEY WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR. I HAD TO RETURN TO ALAN JAY TOYOTA MANY TIMES BEFORE I COULD ACTUALLY GET A SPARE KEY. I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND THAT THE KEY WOULD BE READY IN A FE I HAD TO RETURN TO ALAN JAY TOYOTA MANY TIMES BEFORE I COULD ACTUALLY GET A SPARE KEY. I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND THAT THE KEY WOULD BE READY IN A FEW DAYS. AFTER ONE MONTH OF GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THE DEALER I FINALLY RECIEVED MY SPARE KEY. MANY TIMES GOING TO YOUR DEALERSHIP I OBSERVED PEOPLE NOT WEARING FACE MASK AND SOME THAT WAS WEARING FACE MASKS HAD THEIR NOSE UNCOVERED. NO MORE TOYOTAS FROM ALLAN JAY FOR ME. MY NEXT CAR WILL BE A FORD. More
