Overall, I'd rate the service experience at this dealership as excellent. I had a vibration/rattling noise coming from the engine compartment when in Drive. My service advisor, Peyton Todd, had one dealership as excellent. I had a vibration/rattling noise coming from the engine compartment when in Drive. My service advisor, Peyton Todd, had one of the service technicians run a diagnostic and found that the engine/transmission mounts had gone/were going bad. She explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant to deal with. Had the worst mount fixed and now there is hardly any vibration/rattling noise under the hood. Car drives better then before service. Would have done the other three mounts, which they recommended, but money is tight, so I'll have to decide when I want to have them done, but that's on me, nothing to do with the dealership. More
