1st as to "Would I recommend this dealership I selected NO as I could not say something that described my experience best. The vehicle is GREAT & Price was fair. (more Hyde than Jekyll). Watch this fellow if you work with him as once the sale is complete the Hyde Transformation will start. He will suddenly have hearing problems & memory lapses & what ever you do do not try to talk to him over a phone unless you like dial tones or dead air. Knowing how Alan Jay runs his operations and concern for people in general I am surprised that he or his admins allowed Christopher Sanchez to stay employed at the dealership. I would encourage that if you make a appointment & they want to set you up with Christopher Sanchez that you politely refuse and ask for someone else, don't let someone like Christopher Sanchez keep you from a good deal or think the others are like him as they are not.
