I took my truck because it’s pulling to the right to be looked at and fixed. There was an alignment done which was the fourth alignment in a year and a half. It was $140. I took it back and had the mechanic ride with me. He spoke to me as if I was a stupid girl who knew nothing about the vehicle I was driving. He offered to fix it but I would have to pay for it. Even though I already paid for him to fix it and he did nothing. He offered to alter my tires but informed me it would not fix it. Which makes no sense why even offer. I thought for sure Toyota could help me but after this experience I am not sure who to have look at my vehicle. More
