Made appointment to test drive new Toyota Tundra Made an appointment with lady to have a particular Tundra available for a test drive . She said she would have vehicle ready to go out front. When arrived a very nice young man was quick to help but he had to go into figure out which vehicle was supposed to be ready. Come to find out the vehicle didn’t have any gas in it and was still lined up with all of the other trucks .... I was not impressed with no gas and the truck was dirty on the outside, and it took about 10 minutes for them to even figure out which vehicle I was there to drive. After. I really liked the salesman and they led him that I saw the ad for the truck at 41,000. I also asked to give me a quote on on my 2019 Rav 4 SLE Premium with 15000 miles. I was only offered less than $24000 for my vehicle that I purchased from Alan Jay last year for $35,000. I had received better offers from non Toyota dealers? when I got the quote on the Tundra the price was raised $7000 to over $48,000. When I got this email quote for both vehicles I laughed and said to myself....welll they don’t want my business. To be fair the salesman sent me a voicemail after the email quote...but I was so disappointed in how the sales manager on duty wrote up both offers I really do not want to do business with this type of organization.
