We just bought a 2002 Honda Accord at Seeger Toyota This is the second car I have bought this year at Seeger Toyota. I had not bought a car in over 10 years. I take care of my cars and keep them. I bought a 2012 Prius in the spring of 2014 and this Honda in November the same year. Both times Seeger staff was wonderful, from the salesmen to the preowned car manager to the finance people to the shop staff. I live in South St. Louis and drive a half out because Seeger is so good--and I have a Toyota dealership right down the street within a mile. I wish they were half as good as Seeger. I do recommend Seeger enthusiastically to family and friends. More
Found a new car - love Seeger Toyota. Okay - yes, I get nervous when I have to buy a car. But, Peggy Fortner and Andy Seeger made this experience 'painless'. It took me two days of hanging out at the Dealership - testing and sitting in every car Toyota makes (except the biggest one!)...and never did Peggy get frustrated. Then, after two days - I said, "Now I am too tired to make a decision', Peggy laughed. I came back the next day purchasing a 2015 Toyota Corolla! Andy was kind and helpful and, interestingly, explained how his family has been in this business over 100 years! Well, of course - only an honest, caring, great company lasts that long! The SEEGER Toyota Dealership is the best. They are HONEST, PATIENT, AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I recommend it - HIGHLY! Now, some day I would like to talk to the Official Toyota People about my RAV4 - (2002). At 119,000 miles - the transmission broke - it would cost me more to fix it than the car was worth.... I had planned on driving it another 80,000 miles. :(( as most Toyota's are known to last at least 200,000 miles, especially when you baby your car - I had the oil changed every 3,000 and serviced it perfectly, etc. But - the RAV4 2002 became known to drop the transmissions......I realize that I should be excited about a new car/...and I am / but I am sad that my little RAV4 disappointed me. HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS - This dealership, Seeger, worked with me - and now I am a proud owner of a Toyota Corolla. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM - ANDY SEEGER AND PEGGY FORTNER FOR A WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE. More

1st time with service - 5000 mile check After not knowing where to go and asking an employee I saw outside I was pleasantly pleased with my experience. Lady upstairs told me the ropes about free "everything". Got on to wifi and within 35 minutes my car was ready. My service person came to get me and explained what was done. I have to say this is what customer service should be! From our purchase to this first visit I have been nothing but pleased! More
