I have just finished purchasing a new Prius from salesman Mark Myers. It has been the best car purchasing experience of my life of 73 yrs.. Mark is very friendly and has the knowledge needed to explain what one needs to know about about a new Toyota. I even learned some things about my 2008 prius that I didn't know. Was very impressed with how well the people at Seeger co-operated with each other, especially Greg Brown and Marks fellow salesman Tony Nakajima. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly. I now know and believe all the good things that I've heard about Seeger Toyota. Purhcased a 2013 Highlander and was called by a Toyota Care reprepsentative to set up a 6 month appointment some time in November. I subsequently received another phone call from the Seeger telling me Care reprepsentative to set up a 6 month appointment some time in November. I subsequently received another phone call from the Seeger telling me that an appointment was made on Saturday, October 26 at 11 am. This appointment was different from the one scheduled by Toyota Care. I took my new vehicle in on October 26 and explained to them that I did not make the October 26 appt. and was told by the technician that the appointment was made online possibly by me or my salesrep (they could not tell). I got the vehicle scheduled maintenance and discovered that a small scratch on my vehicle was not covered by the extra care package that I had purchased. (which is different from what I was told by the Toyota Care rep and the finance manager at Toyota at the time of purchase). The entire process was confusing and it appeared that Seeger Toyota did not seem to "want" to find out what happened and how the October 26 appointment was scheduled. Nice, but I was not too pleased when I left there. More

I paid $200+ for a 6 month old Michelin tire replacement! I purchased brand new Michelin tires in March 2013 from Pappas, 1 tire was damaged on a road 6 months later, I called Seeger to make sure they honor I purchased brand new Michelin tires in March 2013 from Pappas, 1 tire was damaged on a road 6 months later, I called Seeger to make sure they honor road hazard for tires purchased at different Toyota dealer. I was told yes they do. I asked agent to triple check what my price will be for one tire replacement since tire was not repairable and she said $20+ for labor. I agreed to order the tire. However, on my 2nd visit Service adviser told me I have to pay $200 since he cannot claim road hazard due to no Toyota # on Pappas receipt and I have to try to get reimbursed through Pappas. So, at the end one dealer does not put tire# on a receipt another does not verify needed information and promises customer $ 20 price and charges $200. More
