Our minivan was getting high milage and we didn't really need a van anymore so we were looking for a small SUV. Most likely this will be my daughters car when she goes to collge in the fall. Your dealership had several RAV-4's listed on Autotrader so we stopped by to look at them. They were low milage and in our price range. Bill Beattie waited on us and went out of his way to show the features of the RAV-4 and the Rogue to my daughter. He answered her questions and showed her how to lower the seats and adjust the front controls. We had been to several other dealerships and all the others had ignored her completely, so I think it helped her make her decision. We were given a great warranty on the RAV-4, got a very fair offer for our trade and Bill was very professional, relaxed and low pressure. We made a deal that day, and Bill stayed well after the dealership had closed to get us in our RAV-4 and make sure we were all set to go. Greg Brown handled the paperwork for us and was very professional as well.
