I've been buying cars my whole life (since 1979) and Peggy created the best, most informed, most ple financing at Seeger Toyota in Greater St. Louis. I've been buying cars my whole life (since 1979) and Peggy created the best, most informed, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, by far. She never gave me any spin, gave me honest information, gave me every discount and benefit imaginable, clearly explained to me truthfully why some discounts I wanted had no merit, and never tried to tack on a dime of hidden costs or items I don't need. She's a great listener and I got the car I wanted for the deal I could afford - and it was a thrilling purchase for me, a great car, not just an affordable car. I also understood more about my new car and its benefits than I have on any model I've ever purchased. I can't highly recommend her enough. She's a veteran salesperson and buying from her, most likely, also would become your own best car-buying experience of your life. Financing, usually the hassle of car buying, was a pleasure with Greg Brown and he also bent over backward to make it all work. He didn't even try to add hidden costs, either. Seeger is a class act and Peggy Fortner (and Greg Brown) clearly are their A team. More

I had a 12:30 scheduled appt. for recall service, on Thurs. Jan. 17. Recall info stated work should be 1 hr. and I was on time. I waited for my car, and at 2:15 I realized how long it had taken for the Thurs. Jan. 17. Recall info stated work should be 1 hr. and I was on time. I waited for my car, and at 2:15 I realized how long it had taken for the service, and I had to be in Cottleville to get my granddaughter from school at 2:25. At no time did I see or hear from anyone that my car was/wasnot done. I went downstairs to the service area and asked if my car was done, as I had to pickup my granddaughter and that was when my granddaughter called me and service over heard my conversation stating I was on my way and for her to stay inside school until I could get there (20 min.) as it was 41 degrees outside. The woman who I asked about my car, said she just needed to get the paperwork...it was done. I don't know how long it was before my car was taken into the shop or how long it had been finished, but this is totally unexceptable customer service that no one bothered to tell me that a 1 hr. service with an appointment would take 1 hr. 45min. and that no on bother to tell me my car was done. I expect appt. time to be honored and service to be done in a timely fashion. My time is just as valuable as anyone else, and if service could not be done at my appointed time, I should have been notified so I could reschedule. Totally, totally unexceptable custome service since I had an appointment. More
I really enjoyed the service of Seegar Toyota. The loaner car was a big help to me as there is no other way to get to work. I also liked the idea of trying a brand new car which is better than me walking to car was a big help to me as there is no other way to get to work.
