I had originally gone to another toyota dealership was not happy with their customer relations, I ordered a car and 2 day later when I was supposed to pick it up they had not even gotten my car from the o not happy with their customer relations, I ordered a car and 2 day later when I was supposed to pick it up they had not even gotten my car from the other dealership. I had gone to them because of the Costco discount. I called your company and You met their price the customer care and attention I receiver was far superior from the other dealership. knowledge of the vehicle and just such nice people. Marc has bent over backward helping me. Learning how to use all the extra gadgets , phone and everthing else. He gives you his cell phone in case you have any problems. I was looking to replace a damaged tire on my 2012 Camry, which only had 7000 miles. I called the service department on a Monday asking if I could get the tire replaced. Was told "yes, if we had the tire in which only had 7000 miles. I called the service department on a Monday asking if I could get the tire replaced. Was told "yes, if we had the tire in stock'. Was transferred to parts department, gave tire name, size etc to parts associate and told tire was in stock. Transferred back to service rep. and was told "could be fit in since the tire was in stock". Arrived at dealership within 45 minutes. Did the paperwork to get the tire replaced. and went to the customer lounge to wait. After about an hour, the service advisor came up to the lounge stating they did not have the tire in stock and I would have to come back on Tuesday. The unrepairable tire was already off the wheel so the temporary spare was put on my car. Was called Tuesday morning at home by service advisor and was told the wrong tire was sent and it would be Friday before the replacement tire would be in, on the rim, and ready to mount on my car. What was I to do? Seems to me when a customer is told a $256 tire was in stock and drives out to the dealership to get it taken care of, the correct tire should be available. I understand there are different names/letterings on tires but this is their job, parts dept. rep., when telling a customer an item is "in stock" that it truly is "in stock" so the customer doesn't make an unnecessary trip to the dealership. After several emails, over several days, with a representative from the dealership, a settlement was agreed upon. I have upgraded my review (ratings have now been adjusted) and would recommend Seeger Toyota. More
Everything was fine except for one thing: when I was about to leave, I noticed that the mechanic had checked "yellow" for my car's battery. This made me concerned that my car might have a faulty battery about to leave, I noticed that the mechanic had checked "yellow" for my car's battery. This made me concerned that my car might have a faulty battery and possibly be unsafe to drive. Nikki immediately had them run 2 more tests on my battery (it failed both times) and then replaced it. My concern is that if I hadn't noticed the "yellow" rating, I might have gotten into a bad situation on the road. Yet, no one followed up with me until I pointed out the rating myself. I would strongly suggest that the mechanics better communicate with the office staff when concerns like that arise. We are all busy people, but no one wants to end up stuck on the road with a dead battery in this cold weather. More

I usually have a good experience with Seeger. This is the first time something like this has happened, but the fact that it happened during a moment in my life that is very painful, my opinion on Seeger Toyota has lessened. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I will still return for future service but if something like this happens again I will not be happy and I will not recommend Seeger Toyota. More
