I came in for my first oil change (5,000 mile) and was greeted by name. Waiting area was very nice, and accommodating. I enjoyed the snacks as I had a late afternoon appt. Last weekend our daughter was driving home from college in her 2002 corolla when the "check engine" light went on. She got home and early the next morning, Friday, I called Toyota and spoke with Tim Connel in her 2002 corolla when the "check engine" light went on. She got home and early the next morning, Friday, I called Toyota and spoke with Tim Connelly. Friday was a busy day at the service dept., but Tim invited me to bring the car in, and said he would fit us in. Within 2 hours or less, he called me and explained exactly what the problem was. He also discussed with me the most economical way to repair it. Our daughter had a safe, well-running car to drive back to college on Sunday. Tim took good care of us. More

We had previously owned an xB and were interested in trading for a new car. The market offers many different ones that look comparable but when trying them out the Scion always came back on top, either trading for a new car. Nikki was very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that I had come in to drop my car off before work and I was in a hurry. There were two men at the first desk as I came in the door. They stood there talking with coffee in hand and did not acknowledge me or any other customers that came in the door. I thought that was a little rude. it was my first visit to your dealership and they were the first employees that customers saw. It seems like the front desk person needs to be a friendly person who is willing to direct customers. There were some computer issues going on that morning, but Nikki was very apologetic and understanding of time constraints. More

I think my presence could have been acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes before I could be helped. When Dave did help me I was very satisfied with the service.
