I arrived at Seeger at 11 am, my appointment time, for a tire rotation and car wash. Your technicians knew I was going to wait in your lounge. At 2 pm, I stopped the dark haired, medium height man in a black shirt who had come for someone else and asked him to check on my car. He said that he had called my name out some time ago. He did apologize, but he also strongly hinted that it was my fault that I had been sitting for two extra hours in your lounge. When I got to my car at 14:11 and checked the cellphone I had left in the car, there was a message from Seeger at 12:11. Surely Seeger can try more than once to contact someone you know is in your lounge! Then I set off down the highway. As I drove at the same speed as the other cars, I glanced at my speedometer and saw that the number it displayed was 106. During the seconds it took me to realize that the problem was not my speed but rather that my unhelpful friends at Seeger had changed my gauge from miles to kilometers per hour, I had a panic attack and I am sure I drove erratically. So, really, are you trying to kill me or just convince me that I should go elsewhere for service for my Toyota? At this point, I am a very unhappy customer. More

This was our first time to buy a vehical in USA as we are from India. The procedure for showing the available vehicals, test rides, technical explanation, delivery formalities all was so easily laid out that new comers like us would enjoy buying. It was a quick fix as they were just going to attach a broken off grocery bag holder/hook. They received me very promptly, and the service was also very quick. Although the price for the car was fair we ended up putting over $1000.00 in repairs for things that should of been fixed before we drove it off the lot. Mechanic stated it should not of passed inspec putting over $1000.00 in repairs for things that should of been fixed before we drove it off the lot. Mechanic stated it should not of passed inspection, which was done by Seeger Toyota. For Customer service I would recommend this dealership but would not recommend buying a used car. More
We are very happy with our Highlander. We visited several dealerships and were very pleased with the professionalism of Harris Giger and the excellent service that he provided to us. My son was driving across country returning to school for the Fall. His car became undriveable by the time he reached St. Louis. Will Todd worked with me over the telephone daily to get the car back in good order. He was very kind and professional. I felt that I was in good hands and dealing with an honest, straight-forward person. The final cost for all the work that was performed was very reasonable. He referred me to an automobile transporting company that could transport the car to my son in Pennsylvania saving me time and much expense. The car will be picked up tomorrow by Metrogistics and delivered to a dealership very close to my son on Friday.
