the only thing I'm disappointed in is that I was told on the way out the door that one of the reverse light bulbs was out. I was in the lounge for over two hours waiting for my oil change and safety inspec the way out the door that one of the reverse light bulbs was out. I would have appreciated being told it was out so that I could have had it replaced while my car was being serviced instead of casually being told as I was leaving.
