Identifying that the slip traction light came on and a cursory inspection of my tires diagnosed the problem after 1.5 years of aggrivation and a previous, yet unsuccessful, service call to Seeger. Mike Rardin provided excellent service! I went in with a specific price, car, and milage in mind. He instantly had three cars in mind and I test drove each one. I was impressed with every aspect of the experience. Greg Riley was remarkable. He took the time to help me truly understand the features and capabilities of my new car. Even after the sales transaction was complete, he thoroughly walked me though the computer dash system. I never felt rushed and questions were addressed quickly and patiently. His interest in customer satisfaction exceeded that of ANY car salesman I have ever encountered. The team at Seeger was sensational. Every person I met along the way was friendly and customer-centered. I have already recommended Seeger to many people, and as a result of this experience, I will surely be a customer for years to come. More
My previous two experiences have been very poor at this dealership. Each of the last two times I have had a service manager tell me there is a major issue wrong with my car. Last time, I was told that my dealership. Each of the last two times I have had a service manager tell me there is a major issue wrong with my car. Last time, I was told that my steering is not functioning properly and that it needed to be torn apart immediately. This time they stated it was in good condition and nothing had changed since the last visit. However, it was explained to me that my water pump was bad and that it needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1000. I had a water pump replaced on my Toyota Camry two years ago and it cost me $400 at the dealership. I immediately called the other Toyota dealerships in the area and they quoted me between $550-$600, which is significantly less that what Seeger quoted me. I feel like I am getting sandbagged by this dealership. My car is at approximately 110,000 miles and I understand that there are many major maintenance items to be completed around this time (ie. belts, coolant flush, spark plugs etc.). I have asked about this each of the last 4 times I have been in for service and everytime this topic is blown off and substituted with ridiculous issues. I will no longer bring my vehicle to Seeger Toyota for any type of service. I feel that they are not trustworthy. I do not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. More

As always, Seeger Toyota treated my like family. When I called for my service appointment, Tim Connelly immediately found an appointment time that worked for my schedule. He made sure I had absolutely no q called for my service appointment, Tim Connelly immediately found an appointment time that worked for my schedule. He made sure I had absolutely no questions and verified my appointment before the end of the phone call. The service was completed on time and to my satisfaction.
