I went in for the 5000 mile service3 visit for my great new Toyota RAV4. They were very friendly. They took me right on time. They have a wonderful customer waiting room with comfortable chairs, tables, and free snacks and things to drink. They finished the service in less time than their estimate. They covered the whole cost as part of their Toyota Care plan. They even washed the car for me! All in all, the experience was excellent. More

My only complaint is I was called when the work was done and they left a VM. I called back and the operator put me through to the service department and no one answered so I left a message to call me back w and they left a VM. I called back and the operator put me through to the service department and no one answered so I left a message to call me back which was never done. I was waiting to organize to be picked up to get my car. In the end, I had to call my husband to come get me and bring me over. Either the operator should not put through calls when no one is there or they need to check their voicemails. It would have been preferable to be given the extension of the person making the calls so I would know I am returning the call to the person who called me. More
I made 7:30 am appointment 1 week in advance at recommendation best date and time to get in and out and when asked if I wanted car wash also, I said no, because I wanted to get to work ASAP. I arri recommendation best date and time to get in and out and when asked if I wanted car wash also, I said no, because I wanted to get to work ASAP. I arrived before doors open, yet was 4 th in line to register. Checked in by 7:30, again asked if I wanted a car wash and said no because I needed to get to work. Also told him I had an appointment. Did not get keys until 9:05 and my car got washed. Normally I love that, but time was most important to me and since I had an appointment I was thinking one hour for a 20,000 mile check up would be all I needed. I have no way of knowing if other before me were walk ins or had appointments. Seems like there should be 2 lines, to check in, one for those with appointments and one for those without appointments. So it kind of makes me aggravated to think that making an appointment doesn't matter for the 7:30 time slot as a walk in could be in line ahead of you as the doors weren't open yet when I arrived. I could be wrong, but I can't tell by the current system. You asked,,, otherwise you guys and your service seem excellent. More
We had a great experience at Seeger Toyota Scion. The salespeople were helpful and followed up, but did not go overboard with repeated phone calls, etc. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and available salespeople were helpful and followed up, but did not go overboard with repeated phone calls, etc. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and available both in person and by phone. The other employees were supportive and helpful when our salesman was out due to illness one day, another salesman happily took us on a test drive and reported back to our salesman when he returned. We would highly recommend this dealership! More

I would recommend the service department to anyone needing to have the car service. However my experience with the sales staff both with new and used cars was horrible and that is why I purchased my c needing to have the car service. My wife and I recently traded her vehicle in on a 2011 Camry. We've purchased many new and used vehicles over the years from various sources. I spent 19 years building automobiles in Missouri, and have acquired an eye for quality and service. I can tell you that the majority of the time buying a new vehicle was a less than pleasant experience. On this particular day, I had done my homework with several vehicles of interest to see at various dealerships. Lucky for me I stopped at Seeger Toyota first. You never know quite what to expect when you first walk on a lot and wait to be greeted. First impressions are everything. I can honestly say from the beginning my salesperson," Tom Hayes" made the right impression on me. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable, right away I felt as if I was working with a long time friend of the family. He actually listened to the purpose and needs behind my buying adventure and made recommendations from his many years of experience within the field. I knew right away that if a deal could be made, Seeger was the dealership I wanted to buy from. My wife and I didn't need to shop around and waste any more time. I called her at work in Clayton and actually told her she needed to come as soon as she could. And I quote," I'm having a Great Car Buying Experience!". You're going to really like, Tom our salesperson. This rarely happens for us. Would we recommend Seeger Toyota, Yes we would and already.have. Tom Hayes is a valuable asset to your dealership and when we are looking for another vehicle, calling Tom will be the first phone call we'll make. Thanks, Daniel & Sandy Freeman More
I brought my car in to Seeger a few months ago because I had some questions on a few things. I had been hearing a rattling noise coming from the dash, thought my car was leaking, and also had a few issues w had some questions on a few things. I had been hearing a rattling noise coming from the dash, thought my car was leaking, and also had a few issues with the radio. I was told that the technicians were unable to hear the rattling noise, which disappointed me because the minute I left Seeger I could still hear it. The leaking was me just being paranoid. The other thing was when I have my radio on FM and decide to turn on my rear defroster, the radio gets fuzzy. This is something that the car does when it is being driven not when sitting idling, which I told the guy when he came to tell me he could hear nothing. Another customer service man came to listen too but he couldn't hear what I was hearing and we were also idling, so the full problem could not be heard. When walking out of Seeger that day I felt completely unheard and brushed off as some girl who had no idea what I was talking about. Since the rattling was unheard during that appointment I asked to make another appointment to have a full service, since I would be going on a road trip, and also to have the rattling checked again. When I got to Seeger on July 3rd, I only have a routine maintenance appointment set up. When I asked about having the rattling looked at I was told I would have to make a whole new appointment. I decided to just give up on the radio since the last time I was told there was nothing that Seeger could do for that, and suggested it would be a manufacturing issue. I had hoped to get more information on what do next about the radio, unfortunately I didn't. I have only owned this car for a little over a year and unfortunately didn't notice this problem until January when I actually had to use my rear defrost. Other than my last two visits the staff at Seeger has be extremely nice and helpful. More
