I would like to say that this is my best car buying experience that I have ever had. It was excellent excellent excellent!! I went to Seeger to have an oil change with an upgrade from standard to full synthetic oil. Simple request that other dealers told me would be $50. I was upset because I thought that the synthetic came wi from standard to full synthetic oil. Simple request that other dealers told me would be $50. I was upset because I thought that the synthetic came with my toyota care service plan. Seeger not only completed the service as requested but they did the upgrade for only $15 without any complaint or haggle! They even cleaned my car for me at no charge. Not to mention the waiting was clean, well appointed with food and toys and comfortable. Definitely will be making the drive all the way out to the county from the city to do all my service needs. More

The auto sliding door on my 2004 Toyota Sienna decided to stop working properly a few weeks ago. Without much hope for a van that has over 100k miles on it, I thought I could take a chance and call Toyota cu stop working properly a few weeks ago. Without much hope for a van that has over 100k miles on it, I thought I could take a chance and call Toyota customer service. To my surprise, Toyota informed me that the issue with the door could very well be covered under an extended warranty program. I was happy with the news to say the least and called the dealership where the van was purchased. We'll just say that the so-called dealership I called starts with the letter "P" and ends in "appas." I explained to the service adviser the problem with the door and she informed me that not only would this be a two appointment process, there was also no loaner vehicle they would offer me. I figured that the worst case scenario would be that I waste one trip to the dealership, inconvenience someone to follow me there and back while the van is diagnosed, and then have the possibility of spending $90+ service fee just to discover that for some odd reason the part wouldn't be covered under the extended warranty. So not only did I receive some of the worst customer service over the phone from this dealership, I was facing a very inconvenient process. Then the light bulb went off, I recalled receiving some of the best customer service from Randy Hixson when I purchased my 2009 Toyota Corolla at Seeger. I called the service department and spoke with Rick. He informed me that fixing this door should be no problem and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at Seeger I met with Will who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the repairs and was able to get me in a new Camry loaner vehicle (which I loved driving so much I'm looking to upgrade!). I was absolutely blown away with the outstanding service and the van wasn't even fixed yet. A few days later the van door was as good as new and I couldn't be happier. Toyota stood behind their product and covered the repair costs and loaner vehicle 100%. So I would like to thank Will, Rick, and the technicians who did such an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the repair process and fixing my van!!! I'm now not only a Toyota-only-customer I'm a Seeger-Toyota-only-customer. Thank you again and I will tell everyone I know to go and see the staff at Seeger. More

I live in the Central West End but I drive all the way out to West County for all my Toyota needs. This is the dealership where all my Toyotas have been bought and where all my service is done. I find the work to be high quality as expected from a Toyota dealer but it is the customer service that sets this dealership apart. They are quick to answer their phone when I have questions or concerns. I always feel that my needs are met quickly and efficiently. I feel that the deal I got on my car is unmatched by any other dealer. I trust the word of any employee. The waiting room for the service department is downright plush! Seats are well spaced and comfortable. There are free drinks and snacks and even a sweet woman ready to wait on you hand and foot or spark a casual conversation while you wait. It is a long drive but I am never sorry. More
