The staff members were so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the cars. Nick, the salesman that sold me the car, was very nice and made my car purch answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the cars. Nick, the salesman that sold me the car, was very nice and made my car purchasing experience a pleasant one. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted as soon as possible, which was difficult because of the shortage of cars related to the recent hailstorm that destroyed so many vehicles in the area. He was always very prompt in returning my calls or getting me the information I needed. He easy-going manner also made this experience enjoyable. I appreciated everything the staff did for me. More

I returned to have a rattle in my passenger door reassessed because it was not fixed the first time. Initially, I was informed by the service advisor I had to pay for this reassessment. The service manager intervened and once my service history was accessed, it showed my previous payment and the manager agreed I would not be billed twice. Issue resolved. But, the technician drove the vehicle and was unable to hear the rattle. I went with the technician for a second drive. I drove the vehicle and was able to recreate the rattle (which he claimed he heard). The rattle is still present without improvement. More
I felt like the prices that were quoted for the work I needed were very high, even by dealer standards. My experience with the Seeger dealership was a very pleasant one. At the beginning of my search for a new vehicle, I was not looking forward to the search process as I anticipated there would be some h pleasant one. At the beginning of my search for a new vehicle, I was not looking forward to the search process as I anticipated there would be some high pressure sales tactics used to secure my business. At the point of coming to Seeger, I had been to a couple of other dealerships (Dean Team Hyundai and Frontenac Honda), and my fears came to fruition at both of these dealerships. However, upon arrival at Seeger, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Jay Clark. He put me at ease immediately in his approach. He didn't come on like gangbusters, which I certainly appreciated. He listened to what my needs were and made appropiate suggestions. The test drive was very comfortable and casual, which is the approach that I prefer in a salesman. The whole time, he told me about the features of the Corolla and basically allowed me to make up my own mind. Besides being very comfortable in the Corolla, Jay, helped make my decision to not only purchase the vehicle, but to purchase from Seeger. I have since reccommended Jay to a couple of other people, who found themselves in my same situation as myself, which is replacing a hail damaged car that the insurance company deemed a total loss. More
