In and out very quickly I was recently at Seeger Toyota in St. Louis for my every 5,000 mile oil change. They tell me I only need to have it changed every 10,000 miles, but I was recently at Seeger Toyota in St. Louis for my every 5,000 mile oil change. They tell me I only need to have it changed every 10,000 miles, but then I wouldn't get to see all my friends at Seeger as often! I was in and out in no time. The waiting area is great - always fully stocked with drinks and snacks, ample seating, free wifi, television with many station options. The management and the staff there are always friendly and accommodating. I have always had a pleasant experience, whether it be for service or for a new vehicle purchase (which we've done three times now). I recently moved back from the Springfield, Missouri, area where the Toyota dealership is horrible - terrible service, uncaring staff, overcrowded waiting area that looks like a bus station. I refer to the Springfield Toyota dealer as "Unreliable" Toyota (look up the name, and you will see why). When I still worked in Springfield, I would arrange my visits to St. Louis around the time that I was due for an oil change or service so I could have it done by competent staff. They simply are the best. More
