He was very knowledgeable about the Prius we bought and took the time to find us the car we wanted. He found the car we liked at a dealership in Kansas City but, through no fault of his own, the car had already been sold and was not taken off the computer as being for sale. He very quickly found a similar model that we ended up buying. He was very apologetic when he called us about the mix up. We have never had a complaint with Seeger Toyota when it comes to sales or service and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Two years ago, I purchased a Toyota from a well-known competitor so naturally I spent my experience at Seeger comparing to what I already knew. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Mark Weyers assisted quickly. I knew which car had my eye, but I didn't realize there was so much to learn. Mark walked me through each detail of the vehicle. It was evident that Mark knew everything there was to know about this car. I was impressed by the facts he offered, I've even use them in conversation since. Our test drive was enjoyable and sold me on the car. When talking price, he was efficient and flexible while being transparent and realistic. Negotiating a price can be stressful but Mark made it easy and kept things positive. What I really liked about working with Mark was that it was clear he had no personal agenda and genuinely wanted what was best for me as the buyer. Mark spent his entire afternoon working with me and I truly appreciated it. During the financing step, Sandy was encouraging and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all options and genuinely made an effort to get everything I needed within my budget. I was really impressed to see that the strong customer service extended beyond the salesmen! This dealership even gives you a gift for purchasing. My experience made me realize that there are other dealerships who think you should want to buy a car from them, but Seeger treats buys opposite. Since purchasing my vehicle, the dealership has continued to impress me. When I've had my car serviced, I've had a comfortable place to wait for my car and I felt like my time was respected. The salesman Mark Weyers was exceptionally helpful from the outset to making certain that everything on the vehicle was perfect as it went out the door and assisting with every detail of operation. Sandy Goldstein took care of the paper work in an exemplary manner. He explained to us the advantages of various add on plans, but did not challenge our decision not to accept them. He organized the paper work we need for title and license in a way to make that process relatively easy. More
