A wonderful experience! I am from Mobile Alabama and had searched all Southeastern Toyota dealerships for a Pruis Three Touring with no success. Dealers tried to convince me I am from Mobile Alabama and had searched all Southeastern Toyota dealerships for a Pruis Three Touring with no success. Dealers tried to convince me to change my model or options but I wasn't interested. Knowing I would be in St. Louis, I decided to search there. I used Seeger's website to ask for the car I wanted and almost immediately Abby Hupp called me, even though was just before closing.We had a great conversation and she said she would look for the car I wanted and get back to me. She did in a very short time and said she found what I may want. She emailed me a copy of the sticker listing all information about the car. The car was exactly what I wanted and she said she would get back to me with a OTD price the next day. She did and I was thrilled with the price. The car was a few hours away but the said they would have it waiting for me when I arrived in St. Louis. John Gilliam took over the transaction at this time and I only needed to send pictures of my license and insurance card. SOOOO easy. He gave me his cell phone and we texted details for the next few days. When the car arrived he took a picture and told me it was waiting, clean and filled with gas. My daughter and I went to the dealership Saturday morning about 9:30 and we were out the door before 10:45 with my new car... John even took my old Pruis through the wash so my daughter would have a clean car! He also went through the basic options with me including setting up my bluetooth! Don Norath went through the paper work with me concisely , answering any questions I had and I left feeling completely satisfied I had made the right decision. I never felt they wanted to do anything but get me in a car that I wanted even knowing I would be heading south the next day, most probably never returning. Well now that I think back on the experience , it may be worth it drive back up there the next time we are in the market for a new car! Thank you so much. More

I was already pre-approved for a loan at my bank. Sat down with Greg Brown in finance department to close the sale. He offered to check around for better interest rate. OMG found me financing for half the rate!! These people were all just great. They made this a very enjoyable experience! After the sale Frank took the time to go over the many features and how to operate them. Highly recommend Seeger Toyota!! More

I decided to purchase a new Toyota RAV4 but the vehicle I wanted as not in stock at Seeger. Found the vehicle at another Toyota dealer so I went there (not knowing Seeger could get it for me!) Had an awful experience at that dealership. Went home, called Seeger -spoke with Randy Gross, explained the situation - he told me they could get the vehicle for me! They got the car in a matter of days - it's a beautiful car and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! Seeger is without doubt the only Toyota dealership I'll use. Salesman Randy Gross and finance manager Sandy Goldstein took great care of me explaining everything as we went along. They definitely made the process stress free! More
