Very good pressure-free experience I went to Seeger Toyota to test drive a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Although I didn't end up buying it, the experience I had with David was first class. He gree I went to Seeger Toyota to test drive a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Although I didn't end up buying it, the experience I had with David was first class. He greeted me warmly at the door and showed me what he had in stock. The entire communication was very smooth. During the test drive, David explained to me all the features in different RAV4 trim levels. There were some features I didn't know about before coming in to the dealership, so I really appreciated it. After the test drive, David led me back to the dealership. I expected some hyper pressure sales talks, but David gave me none of them. He pulled out the RAV4 I might consider in a 200-mile radius (he could dealer trade the car for me), printed out the information for me, and politely shook my hand. There was no pressure at all. I have dealt with some other salespeople at other dealerships and I wish they could have acted like David. We all need to treat people the way we want to be treated. Although I decided not to go with a RAV4 simply because I want a bigger car, I would recommend people to go to David if they need a Toyota. He'll take good care of you! More

While waiting in the Cell Phone lot, the Toyota she was driving wouldn't start. Steve Highley in the service department was very helpful in helping to discussing potential causes over the phone, and replaced the battery once the the car was towed to the service department. The 2.5 hour ordeal to get her back on the road was much less stressful working with Steve. Highly recommend this Service Department! More
