Seeger Toyota responded

Customer Hoeing signed the following document that read: Seeger Toyota recommends you seek independent mechanical advice before you purchase any preowned vehicle. We have not performed a thorough mechanical inspection of this vehicle. Only repairs necessary to pass a Missouri State inspection have been completed and engine oil filter change. This vehicle has no warranty expressed by salesperson or Seeger Toyota. No warranty or goodwill repairs of any kind will be performed after delivery. Customer signed this AS IS document and declined to have it taken to a independent facility. Seeger Toyota did still agree to pay $1,000 to address the issue and did so. I appreciate your business but don't appreciate the poor review that is inaccurate. I believe we represented the vehicle accurately and notified you appropriately of how the vehicle was being sold. We also went above and beyond our AS IS policy and did do goodwill repairs on you vehicle. I hope that if you do purchase another AS IS vehicle from anyone, that you take responsibility and due diligence in your decision or purchase.
